Information for suppliers and rules for preparation of commercial offers

OBI specialists are constantly working on the assortment of goods presented in OBI store in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Ekaterinburg, Omsk and Volgograd. We are open for cooperation and ready to study offers from new suppliers.
The main criteria for the choice of the suppliers are reliability, responsibility, quality of products, offered prices, wish and possibility to work according to the international standards and requirements of OBI and 100% execution of all orders in time.

Recommendations to the preparation of commercial offers:

1. Knowledge about the assortment of OBI stores;
2. Preparation of a short presentation about the company (company’s activities, business, how many years is the company on the market? Main partners and clients, references etc.);
3. Preparation of a commercial offer for assortment and prices special for OBI with purchasing and recommended sales prices. Additional pictures are a plus.
4. Comments to assortment (difference in comparison to other goods of this group, newness, better quality, associated goods etc.).
Please forward your request to E-mail: comoffer@obi.ru. Please fill in the field “Subject” with the title of the company and the offered assortment. For commercial offers you can also use the fax number: + 7 (495) 933 46 81 with a remark “For purchasing department”. Besides that you can send your commercial offers as a printed or electronic (hard or soft) copies and examples (if necessary) to the Headquarter of OBI Russia: 123436, Moscow, 1st Volokolamsky proezd, 10, building 1.
All incoming commercial offers will be studied within 45 days. In case of a positive decision OBI manager will contact the representatives of the company by him-/herself. By a negative decision there will be no reply from OBI.
